We’re representing a high-performing payroll team within a national ASX-listed organization that manages payroll services for major Australian employers. With continued growth and new projects underway, several new opportunities have opened for experienced Payroll Specialists to join their expanding Sydney team.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing end-to-end payroll for allocated clients — processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly runs.

• Interpreting awards and EBAs, ensuring full compliance and accuracy across multiple payrolls.

• Handling payroll queries and client communication with professionalism and precision.

• Assisting with system enhancements, onboarding and user testing during upgrades or migrations.

• Working within a supportive, collaborative team that values efficiency and excellence.

Who you are

• A payroll professional with experience in high-volume or complex environments.

• Confident with awards, EBAs and multi-state payrolls.

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy.

• Tech-savvy, proactive and detail-focused — you love improving processes and solving problems.
