Contracts Administrator - Transport Systems

We’re partnering with one of Australia’s leading civil contractors to find an experienced Contract Administrator ready to step into a pivotal role on a major roads and transport technology program — think traffic systems, network upgrades, and smart infrastructure across South-East Queensland. What you’ll do

• Oversee day-to-day contract administration, claims, and variations Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor agreements

• Provide commercial guidance to project managers and site teams

• Maintain registers for variations, delays, and key correspondence

• Assist with financial forecasting and cost control reporting

• Build strong relationships with both field teams and clients

What you’ll bring

• Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in civil, infrastructure, or utilities

• Confident communication style and ability to engage with trades and stakeholders alike

• Strong commercial acumen with experience handling complex subcontracts Proficiency in systems such as Jobpac, Cheops, or similar
