What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full contract administration from procurement to close-out

• Managing subcontracts, claims, variations, and progress payments

• Working alongside Project Managers and Site teams to keep projects on time and on budget

• Supporting project reporting, forecasting, and compliance

• Adding commercial value to projects by spotting risks and opportunities early

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–6+ years’ experience as a CA in construction, property, infrastructure or related sectors

• Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control and compliance

• Jobpac (or similar system) experience is highly regarded

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to hold your own with subcontractors and stakeholders

• A team player who’s ambitious, proactive, and ready for the next step
