We’re working with a leading infrastructure delivery partner to recruit a Contract Administrator to support key civil and transport projects in Sydney.
This role is focused on downstream commercial activity — working closely with project teams to manage subcontractor claims, variations, payment cycles, and compliance across major works. It's a great opportunity to embed yourself in a nationally significant program while being part of a collaborative and commercial-savvy delivery team.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and process subcontractor claims, payment schedules, and variations
Maintain accurate commercial records and ensure contractual compliance
Support cost tracking and forecasting with the project team
Assist in commercial risk mitigation and downstream contract administration
Collaborate with site teams, commercial leads, and accounts to keep delivery smooth and on track
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a contract administration role within civil infrastructure or construction
Strong understanding of downstream contract management (subcontractor-focused)
Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
Ability to work on-site or close to project teams and adapt to dynamic delivery environments
Proficiency with construction software (e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, or similar)
