What You’ll Do:

• Assist with fortnightly payroll processing for multiple locations.

• Manage payroll documentation, including new hires, contract changes, and terminations.

• Maintain personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Resolve payroll inquiries efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Prepare reconciliations for superannuation, tax, and other payroll-related contributions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of industrial instruments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

• A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when needed.

• Demonstrated respect for privacy and confidentiality.

Desirable:

• Experience with Chris 21 payroll systems.

• Strong knowledge of PAYG tax, payroll tax, superannuation, and related regulations.
