What you’ll be doing

• Manage end-to-end payroll for your own portfolio of clients (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles).

• Interpret complex awards and EBAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance across every pay run.

• Build trusted relationships with client HR and Finance teams as their go-to payroll expert.

• Support system enhancements, new client onboarding, and payroll process improvements.

• Collaborate closely with a supportive, high-performing payroll team that values shared learning and growth.

Who we’re looking for

You’re an experienced Payroll Officer or Senior Payroll Officer with:

• Strong background in high-volume, multi-site or multi-award payroll environments.

• Deep knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and EBA interpretation.

• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
