✔️ You have 2-3 years’ experience in payroll processing within a large, multi-site organisation.

✔️ You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understand the complexities of national payroll legislation, PAYG, payroll tax, and long service leave.

✔️ You’re tech-savvy, with proficiency in ADP Payforce, Workday HCM, and Microsoft Excel (or similar platforms).

✔️ You’re a team player with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

✔️ You enjoy working closely with stakeholders, including People & Culture teams, to provide seamless payroll services.

The Role:

As a Payroll Officer in this organisation, you’ll be responsible for:

🔹 Processing payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple sites nationwide.

🔹 Managing employee records, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.

🔹 Handling end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and compliance reporting.

🔹 Providing payroll-related advice to the business and responding to queries.

🔹 Partnering with internal departments to enhance payroll efficiency.
