Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement asset plans to maximise income and value
Negotiate leasing deals and manage key tenant relationships
Monitor market trends and provide performance insights to senior stakeholders
Prepare financial reports, budgets and forecasts across portfolio assets
About you:
3–8+ years in asset management, leasing or property investment roles
Strong understanding of lease structures, valuation and investment drivers
Ability to interpret market data and build strategic insights
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance or related field
