Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use Development
Due to growing development pipelines, we are recruiting for Development Coordinators to support project delivery across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Working with well-regarded boutique, mid-tier, and institutional developers, you’ll assist in managing project timelines, authority approvals, consultant coordination and delivery tracking. This is a fantastic entry or mid-level opportunity for someone looking to transition into or grow within the client-side development space.
You’ll gain end-to-end exposure across development stages—from planning approvals to practical completion working alongside experienced Development Managers and Project Directors.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate consultants, reports and documentation for DA, CC and approvals
Support project feasibility, budgeting and procurement processes
Assist with stakeholder engagement including councils, JV partners and authorities
Maintain project schedules, reporting and risk registers
Collaborate with construction, legal and finance teams across the project lifecycle
About you:
Degree-qualified in Property, Construction, Planning or related field
3-5 years of experience in development, project support or planning roles
Organised, proactive and commercially aware
Strong communication and coordination skills
This role is ideal for candidates looking to take the next step toward Development Manager or Project Manager roles in the future.
