With the development sector showing strong momentum across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets, we are partnering with a range of boutique, mid-tier and top-tier property groups to appoint Development Managers and Assistant Development Managers across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
These roles will see you work closely with experienced leadership teams, driving projects from acquisition and feasibility through planning, construction and delivery. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping urban precincts that align with economic, environmental and community goals—ensuring profitable outcomes and design excellence.

Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end development including feasibility, design, planning approvals and delivery
Liaise with authorities, consultants and JV partners to progress key project milestones
Provide detailed financial oversight and risk analysis across development cycles
Prepare investment papers and board-level reporting where required
About you:
Degree-qualified in Property, Construction, Planning, Architecture or related field
Proven experience across development, either from a client, consultancy, or agency background
Strong communication and project coordination skills with commercial acumen
Exposure to EstateMaster or feasibility modelling tools highly regarded
